I am really feeling the need to move out of the city; away from the noise, away from the traffic, away from the constant drone of the gardeners at our neighbors’ houses, away from the tight quarters of seemingly living on top of each other. Just when I start thinking about how nice it might be to live on one of the amazing islands surrounding our fair city of Seattle do I run across this drop-dead gorgeous barn conversion by Shed Architects. I think I have found my dream home. Rustic and yet modern. Country, yet close enough to the city. Someplace to have chickens, a larger garden, maybe even a goat (yes a goat), a pond. Sigh.I love it.
